Product Description
Do you want to quit smoking? If you do, youÂ're certainly not alone. There are millions upon millions of Americans who smoke, and the majority of them want to quit. Just like you, these legions of smokers fail to quit because they simply donÂ't know how.

ThatÂ's It, I Quit: A Guide to Quitting Smoking Forever will guide you step-by-step through the process of quitting smoking, from formulating and enacting your plan, through battling cravings and urges, to finally throwing away your cigarettes for good.

As a physician, I have seen the entire spectrum of the nicotine addiction and the smoking habit, from the young recreational smoker to the older medically-compromised hospital patient. I recognize the importance of stopping this progression to illness as soon as possible. Read this book, and stop smoking now.

-Dean F. Giannone, M.D.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic   March 7, 2006
This book was well worth buying. It really has helped and I found it very enjoyable to read. It wasn't boring or filled with medical terms as other books on this topic that I have read. It was packed with information and tips to really help someone stop smoking. I'm so glad I read it!

5 out of 5 stars WORKED FOR ME!!   March 1, 2004
Dr. Giannone, where have you been all my life? I felt like this author was talking to me personally; he does an incredible job of making the reader "look into the future" and see what that future holds if the reader continues to smoke. This book is easy to read with just enough medical information, and a lot of logic. Thanks again, Dr., I'll never smoke again.
