I have read this book after trying to quit smoking quite a few times with no lasting success.
After reading this book I have quit cold turkey and ... now that I think about it - it has been three years since I have quit. The book simply works!

My mother read this book about 5 years ago. My sister and I bought one for her and one for each of ourselves. My mom quit for her birthday about 5 years ago. We were amazed. We weren't ready to do it ourselves. I am ready now. I too will soon be an ex-smoker. This book gives you the right way to quit. It is at your own pace, easy to understand, and it works. You will decide how much or how little you will smoke at first, and taper off, and then quit when you are ready. Try it, and if you are ready to be smoke free, you will be a non-smoker soon. I highly recommend this book, and I am using it now.
